Aleesha Young established herself as a leading female bodybuilder professional in the final quarter of 2010s. Aleesha Young was born 1984 into the family of sports. Her father was a bodybuilder, her siblings also played sports such as playing ice hockey. Aleesha had played a variety of games like basketball, soccer, and softball before getting involved in bodybuilding at the age of was 15 or so. Aleesha obtained her professional license after winning the NPC USA Championships in 2014. She first began competing in 2008. She also participated at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro which she placed 9th. She maintained a ninth-place finish for the year 2015. Aleesha finished 6th both of 2015 and 2016 during the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha has steadily progressed and was able to take home her first ever pro title, in the Chicago Pro Championships. Bodybuilder Aleesha put on the most impressive performance at the WOS Rising Phoenix, where she placed 4th in 2020. The "World's Strongest Mom" has been taking a wellness break.
